The Ogun State Government has revealed plans to further consolidate on its Affordable Housing and Urban Renewal policy by latching on the economic and environmental potentials of its borderline communities.
To this end, the Ogun State Property and Investment Corporation (OPIC) is partnering with Nigeria Re-Finance Company (NMRC) to provide premium and affordable housing that would enhance the State’s status as the industrial hub of Nigeria.

The Ogun State Government has set up a road rehabilitation committee in partnership with industrialists to fast track the rehabilitation of roads in Agbara Industrial Estate within six months.
